Zoe is of Senior Legal Counsel, with extensive experience practicing commercial, technology, regulatory, and privacy law in various markets including software, energy, construction, real estate, and retail. She is a trusted business and legal advisor with entrepreneurial, leadership and public company experience. 

Zoe has provided clear, practical, and results-oriented legal advice for businesses entering new markets and launching new products. She has also assisted with​ the structuring, drafting and negotiating of complex commercial agreements including reseller agreements, SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, licensing agreements, and multi premise leases. Zoe has experience structuring, drafting and negotiating data processing addendums, settlement and release agreements, software reseller agreements, consulting contracts, purchase and sale agreements, as well as advertising and media contracts.​

Zoe also provides strategic legal advice on complex commercial litigation. She has proven ability to provide pragmatic, understandable, and strategic advice to organizations while protecting their legal and financial interests. She is an effective communicator and negotiator with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
