Susan is an accomplished and efficient senior counsel with in-house and private practice experience. She is proficient in providing sound legal advice to businesses in corporate, commercial, employment, insurance, privacy, and regulatory matters.  Her expertise includes reviewing, negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts including master service agreements and statements of work. She also has experience ​developing and implementing strategic action plans for litigious and high-risk cases to maximize success or a potential settlement.

Susan is an excellent problem-solver with superb oral and written communications skills and an ambitious work ethic. Advocating for her clients and pursuing outcomes in their best interest is always a top priority for Susan, an approach that peers and clients alike value.
