Particularly, her extensive knowledge of the Competition Act (Misleading Advertising, Ordinary Price Claims, Contests, Social Media, and Influencer Policies), Canada’s Anti-spam Legislation, Consumer Protection laws and financial disclosure laws has proven to be an asset to an array of clients.
