Sarah is an accomplished legal professional with a wealth of experience supporting C-suite executives at corporations of all sizes. She has engaged in negotiations for substantial subscription-based service contracts, involving discussions with Fortune 500 corporations, governmental bodies, and multinational entities. She also has drafted and assessed non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, service and procurement contracts, requests for proposal (RFP) submissions and responses, as well as revised and amended a variety of corporate and commercial contracts.
Sarah also has experience negotiating international commercial lease contracts, handling employment and civil litigation matters, and analyzing the legal implications of policy and regulatory adjustments.
