Peter is an accomplished General Counsel for both publicly-traded and privately-held global companies, who has earned the role of trusted advisor and member of executive leadership teams, through outstanding communication, analytical skills, adaptability, work ethic and integrity.

Peter has extensive experience in negotiating and executing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt financings, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and complex IP license and supply arrangements. He also has experience building and operating cost-effective compliance programs for international business activities, employment matters and public company reporting; and enhancing the maturity of in-house legal and compliance functions, with technology-based solutions for legal cost savings and risk mitigation.

Peter has collaborated with CEOs and executive leaders to achieve strategic objectives and financial results, while mitigating legal, compliance and corporate reputational risks, by leveraging broad global experience across multiple industries, balanced judgment and strong business acumen.
