Luke is a versatile Corporate and Commercial lawyer who has found success across several industries, including tech, education, and real estate, thanks to his diligent legal approach and business acumen. Luke has worked in both in-house and private practice roles, where he developed a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of technology agreements including Software License Agreements; Software Development Agreements; Cloud Computing Service Agreements; Support & Maintenance Agreements; and Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements with small, medium and large technology service providers. He is also experienced in procurement, handling RFPs and RFQs.
Luke is an experienced litigator, well adept at guiding clients through the various, tedious, steps of civil litigation, commercial litigation, and arbitration. His practical experience across various unique business and legal scenarios allows Luke to offer his clients thorough, well-rounded legal advice that considers the bigger picture.
