Lisa offers a powerful track record of significant cost savings and has led over $3 billion in deals resulting in successful business transitions and change management integrations. She brings expertise in effectively creating and implementing process and procedural improvements to grow and add value for the business and stakeholders.

Lisa has experience as General Counsel – a role which included her taking accountability for legal and HR budgets and day-to-day legal, compliance and corporate secretarial work; and significant global experience working for international institutions as General Counsel for InnVest hotels, RBS Canada, MacQuarie, Blackrock as well as other banks and financial institutions
