Ling’s practice is primarily focused on intellectual property matters. He is an accomplished lawyer with a proven track record of advising clients across a wide range of industries. Drawing on many years in private practice, Ling brings deep experience in patent drafting and prosecution, both domestically and internationally, as well as the registration and prosecution of trademarks, industrial designs, and copyrights. His work also includes conducting IP registrability searches and clearance assessments, developing and implementing intellectual property strategies, and managing global intellectual property portfolios.
