Lance is a legal professional who understands that legal decisions are business decisions, and acts with his clients’ overarching best interest in mind to ensure successful outcomes on all fronts. Lance’s professional history includes acting as COO and GC for a market-leading AI platform, overseeing all business operations including legal, human resources and accounting functions. While in private practice, Lance has managed his own practice while simultaneously taking responsibility for client development and oversight of all firm administration and human resource matters. He has also worked on large, innovative, and historic projects including the drafting of the first successful commercial nighttime drone operations for FAA and Transport Canada.
Lance is cool, calm and collected in his approach, always ensuring he is patient and listening. When it comes to providing his expertise, Lance prides himself on identifying issues early, maintaining a clear line of communication and an imaginative, problem-solving approach.
