Jim comes from a diverse legal background with expertise in a wide variety of industry sectors and experience working in-house as both a legal and business leader. In his various roles, Jim has advised on a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including power purchase contracts, purchase and sale agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, partnership agreements and service contracts. Jim has also overseen a wide range of M&A activity regarding the acquisition and sale of infrastructure projects and cross-border transactions​
