Jeff regularly advises entrepreneurial and creative companies on business law matters. He has considerable experience assisting with corporate governance, financing, general commercial matters, intellectual property, human resources, energy-related contracts, partnerships and limited partnership agreements, shareholder issues, license agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jeff has held senior legal positions with major retail suppliers in the agricultural product space and has provided guidance on the internal restructuring of corporations. He has helped clients prepare for anticipated transactions and negotiated and drafted asset and share deals.

With both in-house and private practice experience, and drawing on a lengthy legal career, Jeff has guided clients through a myriad of legal issues, providing practical business advice and invaluable operational leadership and support.
