His commercial work includes negotiating complex agreements that support strategic partnerships and revenue growth, as well as software licensing, manufacturing, distribution, and global handset supply agreements.

Jacques has also acted as lead counsel on major licensing, acquisition, divestiture, and sports broadcasting transactions. He has overseen key litigation matters and managed external counsel on high-profile disputes, while supporting global sales and marketing operations throughout his career.
