Iana has accrued a significant amount of experience with high-profile projects in the global banking industry and has acted as counsel on several high-profile transactions. Her experience includes structuring and documenting complex cross-border transactions in asset-based lending, term debt financing, and project finance. She has provided legal advice for Canadian banks and corporations and has acted as local counsel to foreign financial institutions. Iana has experience preparing documentation for major bids in public-private partnerships and renewable energy projects, as well as managing transactions, drafting and negotiating primary and supporting documents, and supervising local counsel.
