Glenn is a pragmatic business lawyer with experience acting as VP General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Chief Legal Officer, and Managing Director during his time working in-house. Across these roles, and in his time in private practice, Glenn garnered expertise managing Corporate, Commercial, Securities and Technology matters and overseeing both legal and HR matters.
Glenn has also led notable projects throughout his career, including the closing of Software License and Professional Services Agreement between MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc. (“MDSI”) to Telkom South Africa, the sale of MDSI to Vista Equities, the sale of Ballard Power technology rights to Ford Motor and a raise of over $700M for Battle North Gold.
