At Caravel Law, Frank works with a number of clients on commercial, IT, technology, and telecommunications legal matters, including the negotiation and drafting of hardware sales and delivery contracts, software licence agreements, procurement agreements, software services agreements, EPC agreements, and supply agreements. As corporate counsel, he also has managed sales, procurement, and employment matters. His clients have included Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), ATS Automation, Photowatt (now EDF ENR PWT), Siemens Canada, Platform Computing (now IBM), Gennum (now Semtech), The Miller Group, exp Global Inc., and eHealth Ontario.
Frank has extensive experience in negotiating agreements, including support contracts, E-Commerce initiatives, and OEM contracts. Frank also has acted as legal lead for major Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations.
