Elyse can tackle a broad spectrum of issues like violence and discrimination, disability management and accommodations, progressive discipline and terminations, union organizing and applications for certification. She also has experience dealing with strikes/lockouts and appearing before the Labour Board and Human Rights Tribunal. Elyse is also well-versed in supporting clients through corporate, commercial and transactional matters, including facilitating mergers and acquisitions.
