Daniel is an accomplished lawyer, with years of experience advising institutional shareholders, investment funds, public and private corporations and their respective boards, committees and management. He has advised on a wide variety of public and private national and international M&A transactions and financings. Daniel has extensive experience in M&A, including contested transactions; corporate/commercial matters; public and private financings; corporate governance; and stock exchange compliance and other regulatory matters.

Daniel is a strong and effective negotiator with a keen sense of which issues really matter to his clients. He knows when a client must hold firm and when compromise may be more appropriate in order to see a deal get across the finish line. Above all, he offers practical advice that helps clients manage risk appropriately within the context of achieving their overall business objectives.
