Cerise has significant experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts and provides strategic legal advice in relation to general corporate matters, financial services, privacy, employment, outsourcing agreements, technology, retail banking, payments and regulatory compliance.
Cerise also advises on matters in relation to marketing and advertising, consumer protection and managing legal and reputational risk. She has been instrumental in advising in the nationwide launch of numerous commercial and banking products and services.
In private practice, Cerise represented a diverse group of clients, including both borrowers and lenders, and regularly provided legal advice on various general commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions, debt financings, cross border and domestic financings, secured lending, public-private partnerships and asset-based lending.
