Anthony brings an extensive background in securities, corporate and commercial law to his Caravel clients. In private practice and in-house, he has led, negotiated and closed many complex corporate, commercial, corporate finance, M&A and investment fund transactions worth several billion dollars – often with significant international components.

As a trusted member of the C-suite and advisor to boards of directors, Anthony has: served as CCO to Canadian (OSC/CSA) and US (SEC) registrants and successfully managed regulatory examinations; advised and assisted with the successful launch of digital coin ETFs, being among the first such ETFs worldwide; and advised in corporate governance, compliance (and related training), litigation and risk management, insurance, privacy, employment and HR matters.
