Annie comes to Caravel with extensive in-house experience as former general counsel and corporate secretary for two mid-sized oil and gas producers and as a former associate general counsel to a large public North American energy company. In these roles, Annie provided advice and support on legal matters impacting the company, including corporate, corporate governance, securities law compliance, general commercial matters, energy-related contracts, and corporate policies.

Annie is well-versed in drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements, including leases and joint operating agreements. She has also coordinated and overseen legal services provided by outside counsel in litigation, M&A, finance, tax and A&D.
