Amaki’s expertise spans strategic legal support across corporate finance transactions, public and private M&A, regulatory compliance, and governance matters, while drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements, including subscription, agency, shareholder, and employment agreements, stock option plans, and corporate resolutions. Amaki has worked closely with founders, executives, and advisors of both private and public companies to deliver legal guidance that is shaped by key business objectives.
Amaki is also well-versed in transactional work, having represented clients through major deals, including Orford Mining Corporation (TSXV: ORM) in its acquisition by Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX:AGI) and Arizona Metals Corp. (TSX: AMC) in connection with its bought deal public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of $27 million.
