Having worked in both in-house and private practice settings, Ajay has been able to gain experience advising technology companies on a broad range of corporate-commercial matters, from incorporation to acquisition. He has negotiated global agreements related to supply chain, food & packaging and technology, and has led senior consultants to implement risk models for international banking institutions.
