He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for software licensing, hosting, and professional services with major global companies in all sectors and federal, state, and local government entities.
Adrian has also lead corporate re-organizations in both the private and public sectors as well as provided support with M&A transactions, particularly in the tech space.
