Adrian is a results-driven lawyer, qualified in Canada and the US, with exceptional in-house experience as Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Associate General Counsel, executing billions of dollars of transactions in the mining and maritime energy transportation industries. He has also advised companies across a broad range of industries as a partner in a large national law firm.

Adrian has extensive experience in commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and project planning, management, and execution. He has assisted with debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, and joint ventures. Adrian has delivered counsel to boards and senior management on corporate governance, compliance policies, insurance, litigation and risk management, corporate reporting, securities laws, and stock exchange requirements.
