Adam offers both in-house and private practice experience with a working history that ranges from major national law firms to Canada’s largest retailer. Adam thrives in high-pressure environments, a skill he perfected across various roles. This included acting as an Associate in the Competition and Foreign Investment Review group of Canada’s largest law firm, managing dual roles as Privacy Officer and Legal Counsel responsible for misleading advertising law compliance and leading the Competition/Antitrust Law Compliance program at a major Canadian retailer.

Adam has offered his professional guidance and leadership on a range of notable projects throughout his career, including the creation of one of Canada’s largest loyalty programs, managing an ISO-certified competition law compliance program, and supporting the development of a leading retail media business. He has also advised a leading CPG manufacturer on customer, procurement, real estate, and operations transactions, with projects including $20M+ SaaS and ERP transactions and $500M+ customer transactions. ​​
