At Caravel Law, Dan uses his extensive private practice and in-house experience to provide provincially- and federally-regulated private and public sector employers with legal and practical advice in all areas of employment law. He regularly assists clients in a wide variety of industries and sectors to deal efficiently and effectively with such matters as employment standards, employment contracts, occupational health and safety, human rights, and human resources aspects of corporate reorganizations.
Dan also co-developed and instructs the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers’ course on Obligations and Liabilities of Occupational Health and Safety Professionals, which is one of six mandatory course requirements for obtaining the CSSE’s Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) designation.
