Michael is a results-driven lawyer, with exceptional in-house experience as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Director of Legal Services. He has also advised companies across a broad range of industries as a partner at a large national law firm. 

Michael is seasoned in drafting corporate policies ensuring compliance across multiple regulatory areas and reviewing and negotiating confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, technology licenses, services agreements; manufacturing agreements, public and private procurements, and more. He is also well versed in corporate governance, with a wealth of experience establishing governance frameworks, maintaining standing quarterly and annual standing items list, communicating directly with directors and other principal stakeholders.

He is also a valued asset to clients through transactions. Michael is experienced in drafting and negotiating lending agreements, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholders’ agreements, fund formation documents, asset and share purchase agreements, and debt documents. Michael is a practical, business-minded leader who doesn’t shy away from employing creative solutions.
