Colin is a results-driven lawyer, known for his sharp legal acumen and strong business instincts. Across his career, Colin has maintained a practice focused on complex corporate transactions spanning a variety of industries with a strong focus on construction law, and multi-residential, commercial, and industrial real estate development and financing. 

Colin also has experience supporting companies in-house. This included providing legal counsel, management and business development services to a general contracting and development company and guiding a company through expansion (including international expansion). His in-house experience extends to publicly traded companies, where Colin led corporate restructuring efforts including building new management, board of directors and technical teams while also responsible for day-to-day operations.

Colin is a valued advisor to clients navigating complex deals and corporate matters. His ability to anticipate risks, align legal strategy with business goals, and communicate with clarity has earned him the trust of founders, executives, and in-house teams alike.
