Throughout his career, Corey has overseen legal and compliance functions while in-house, including acting as the sole legal support within an organization. His responsibilities in these roles included compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks, commercial negotiations, audit responses, and corporate governance. 

Corey is well-versed in providing business-focused legal and compliance counsel to sales, marketing, facilities, finance, regulatory, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, procurement and IT departments. During his tenure with technology-related companies, Corey also gained experience from both the service provider and customer side in negotiating SaaS Agreements, particularly in relation to the prevention of various forms of online fraud.
