Zoe Rossolatos is a Senior Governance & Regulatory Advisor with 20+ years of experience advising CEOs, boards, and executive teams across automotive, transportation, energy, airports, real estate, technology, and hospitality. She served as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer for Mazda Canada and works with clients at Caravel on governance modernization, regulatory strategy, enterprise risk, privacy and data protection, and complex commercial matters.

Zoe brings deep experience in corporate governance, board advisory, compliance accountability, ESG-related oversight, and cross-functional risk management. She has acted as Corporate Secretary, led enterprise-wide legal and privacy functions, and supported boards through periods of growth, regulatory scrutiny, transformation, and crisis-response.

Her practice includes advising organizations on governance structures, board reporting, regulatory engagement, cybersecurity and data governance, consumer protection, operational risk, and commercial strategy in multi-jurisdictional environments.
