Rory’s career history includes roles at an internationally renowned law firm and a financial service firm operating globally. His various roles, including his diverse clientele and corporate experience, have allowed Rory to amass an impressive portfolio. This includes ​playing an instrumental role in the growth and success of many small and medium-sized businesses through strategic commercial agreements and fundraising efforts. ​Rory has also been an instrumental advisor to many start-ups in the process of obtaining early-stage investor financing and negotiating/preparing LOIs, founder agreements, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements and IP transfer agreements.

Rory is an expert in all things commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, distribution and manufacturing agreements, service and supply agreements, product license agreements, NDAs and more. His expertise also extends to the realm of M&A, Rory has worked on several complex M&A and securities transactions, was involved in corporate governance matters, and has drafted and negotiated a wide breadth of IT agreements.​
