Randy’s versatile practice focuses primarily on general contract matters, such as commercial property leases, technology service and licence agreements, and an array of other types of business agreements. He also has extensive experience with corporate matters such as incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, corporate records, and general governance, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Caravel, Randy spent most of his career working as in-house legal counsel, most recently for a prominent national broadcaster and before that for a major national retailer.
