Peter has extensive experience in complex transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, reorganizations, corporate finance, IPOs and governance matters. He has a broad knowledge of the energy, financial services, consumer goods and infrastructure sectors.

Peter has drafted and negotiated a broad spectrum of agreements, including M&A agreements, investment and shareholder agreements, reorganization agreements, underwriting agreements, agency agreements, subscription agreements, indentures, confidentiality agreements, voting trust agreements, option plans and various other related agreements. As a General Counsel, Peter managed external counsel in intellectual property matters, commercial litigation, employment litigation and international trade disputes.

In addition to his legal and sectoral experience, Peter has extensive international legal and business experience in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America.

Previously, Peter acted as a General Counsel of a consumer goods company and as Chief Executive Officer of an energy services company.
