In private practice, he has assisted clients from various industries (such as hospitality, technology, and fintech) with corporate set up, restructuring, financings, and other general commercial and contractual considerations.

With an extensive history working with clients on private equity, venture capital, lending, M&A and commercial law matters, he provides legal expertise coupled with practical business advice.
