Lance’s professional history includes acting as COO and GC for a market-leading AI platform, overseeing all business operations including legal, human resources and accounting functions. While in private practice, Lance has managed his own practice while simultaneously taking responsibility for client development and oversight of all firm administration and human resource matters. He has also worked on large, innovative, and historic projects including the drafting of the first successful commercial nighttime drone operations for FAA and Transport Canada.
