Julie’s expertise includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements across industries including professional services, telecom, electricity, and financial services spanning MSAs, SaaS/software licensing agreements, outsourcing/managed services, procurement and vendor contracts, RFPs, data processing agreements, and technology implementation projects. 

Julie sat in senior legal roles where she partnered closely with business executives and subject matter experts, including in compliance, intellectual property, privacy, IT security, employment, and litigation. In these environments, Julie honed the skill of delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice in matrixed, fast-paced environments.​
