Jeremy has led and handled complex and pivotal legal work in fast-paced and constantly changing legal and commercial environments by using sound judgement and integrity while exemplifying strong business acumen and decisiveness. Jeremy’s experience includes playing a lead role in the sale of U.S. assets to iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. resulting in the largest public to public U.S. cannabis transaction. He has also negotiated, reviewed and drafted a diverse range of transactional, commercial and employment agreements, and collaborated as part of executive teams providing legal and strategic advice to the board of directors.
Jeremy has closed international merger and acquisition transactions valued at over $150 million commencing from due diligence investigations and definitive documentation through to post-closing integration in several jurisdictions, as well as closed numerous equity and debt financing offerings valued at over $200 million. He has delisted common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange and listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange concurrently with the acquisition of a group of companies active in the Arizona market and concurrent private placement offering of common shares.
