Eva has represented clients on a large cross section of employment and commercial disputes throughout her career. She regularly appears on behalf of both corporate and individual clients at various Ontario courts and tribunals as well as mediations and discoveries. In addition to her litigation practice, Eva advises clients regarding employment matters including HR policies, hiring, wrongful dismissal, disability accommodation, and workplace discipline and accessibility as well as general contractual matters.
