Binita is a versatile corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years of experience in law, called in both Ontario and India. Binita’s strengths reach beyond the practice of law, her clients value her broad expertise and, especially, her business acumen. She has experience advising both local and regional management on a diverse array of healthcare legislation, regulations, and policies. She has led the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of a variety of agreements including the purchase of equipment, technology, consultancy services, leases, license agreements, memoranda of understanding, and commercial contracts.

Binita has also acted as the primary liaison for data privacy concerns encompassing cybersecurity and the investigation of data breaches and has been in charge of mitigating risk for businesses by overseeing compliance with insurance policies and procedures.
