His experience spans strategic thinking as Co-General Counsel and Corporate Secretary where he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing contractual risk, advising on master services agreements and statements of work, subcontracting, managed services, and teaming and alliance arrangements. He is also well versed in supporting government and public sector procurement and contracting mandates, overseeing the creation and maintenance of contract templates and playbooks in service of building a contracting center of excellence, and advises on governance and conflict matters.
