At Caravel Law, Anjali works for a number of clients on corporate, M&A, financing and general commercial legal matters. For small to mid-size clients, she has led a number of asset and share acquisition and secured lending transactions. She also has established stock option plans and drafted founder vesting agreements.

Her clients have included Rogers Communications, JJR Private Capital, OneSpout and Redknee.

For TSX-listed companies, Anjali assists with general corporate and commercial matters, including reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and multi-million dollar credit facilities. Anjali also has reviewed and provided legal comments on public and private requests for proposals and has helped a number of clients incorporate and organize their businesses.
