Alan is an experienced legal professional who has represented a range of clients within the commercial banking and financial sectors. Alan is particularly well-versed in structuring and negotiating financing deals for both corporate clients and financial institutions.
Alan’s professional competencies extend beyond the financial sector and into real estate. He has led numerous transactions involving the co-ownership and individual acquisition of industrial and commercial properties as well as managing real estate financing transactions. This included representing both lenders and borrowers, as well as overseeing dispositions and operational issues. Alan’s well-rounded expertise is an asset to his clients as he is able to consider their situation from all angles.
