Andrea is a bilingual corporate paralegal with experience in corporate maintenance and governance. Before joining Caravel, Andrea was a corporate paralegal at Bennett Jones LLP and at MLT Aikins LLP. At Bennett Jones, she supported a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate maintenance for major investment corporations in Canada and the United States. Her work includes Federal, Alberta and Saskatchewan incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, reorganizations and dividends, along with drafting corporate agreements.

Andrea also manages ongoing corporate maintenance for her clients. She prepares resolutions, files annual returns, maintains business and trade name registrations, and handles corporate renewals. She prepares and processes extra-provincial registrations and annual returns, and is proficient in NWPTA and MRAS procedures.

Andrea is known for her patience and strong organizational skills, helping clients keep their corporate records accurate, current and compliant.
