Seung-Yoon’s legal experience includes planning, executing, and leading high-profile initiatives, including strategic advocacy, corporate transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and utility rate application preparation and defense. She has additional experience advising internal client groups on corporate transformation projects, procurement of goods and services, and day-to-day commercial matters. She has also managed the legal needs of a rapid growth-stage company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange (AIM) as its sole in-house counsel.
