Sonny advises in-house counsel and boards on governance measures and is a practical, results-oriented advisor on legal and risk management issues. Sonny’s clients have included Storage Appliance Corporation, Financeit Canada Inc., and CommunityLend Holdings Inc.

Sonny has acted as lead banking and corporate counsel to borrowers and lenders in complex syndicated, multicurrency secured or unsecured senior, subordinated, and mezzanine credit facilities across several industry sectors. Sonny has been principal legal advisor to issuers, sponsors, developers, and dealers in implementing several project financing and capital markets P3 infrastructure transactions.

Sonny has significant capital markets knowledge having worked on high yield, convertible, and cross-border public and private equity and debt offerings. Sonny has run large deal and diligence teams both domestically and internationally.
