Sarah is an accomplished legal professional with a wealth of experience supporting C-suite executives at corporations of all sizes. She has engaged in negotiations for substantial subscription-based service contracts, involving discussions with Fortune 500 corporations, governmental bodies, and multinational entities. She also has drafted and assessed non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, service and procurement contracts, requests for proposal (RFP) submissions and responses, as well as revised and amended a variety of corporate and commercial contracts.
