Robert has considerable domestic and international private-practice and in-house counsel experience across various industries including technology, telecommunications, financial services, not-for-profit and government. Robert has frequently acted as a general counsel and advised on various operational issues and provided broader guidance on strategic matters. He also has considerable experience in the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial and technology agreements, privacy guidance, litigation management, IP registration management and regulatory compliance.
