Patrick is a versatile lawyer with a wealth of experience ranging from acting as Partner at international law firms, VP of Legal for a privately held oil & gas producer and founding his own boutique energy law firm.

Across these roles, and more, Patrick has led the drafting of agreements and all documentation relating to M&A, corporate and asset acquisitions, private equity financings and regulatory filings. This includes managing several of the asset acquisitions closed for Blue Sky Resources Ltd. in the period 2019 to 2024. Patrick has also supported and represented many small to large, mostly private, energy producers in their M&A activities, and with respect to their operations.
