He has considerable experience assisting with corporate governance, financing, general commercial matters, intellectual property, human resources, energy-related contracts, partnerships and limited partnership agreements, shareholder issues, license agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jeff has held senior legal positions with major retail suppliers in the agricultural product space and has provided guidance on the internal restructuring of corporations. He has helped clients prepare for anticipated transactions and negotiated and drafted asset and share deals.
