Greg brings a solid background in both in-house and private practice law. He has managed complex inter-jurisdictional issues for clients and closed many high value transactions. His expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, numerous cross border transactions, corporate risk management, litigation management and operational considerations.

He also has extensive experience performing due diligence and crafting Code of Conducts and other internal company-wide policies, including related party transactions, employee benefits, whistle-blower procedures, anti-bribery and corruption compliance and procurement matters. He has experience giving Canada and cross-border privacy advice and guidance to organizations and advising on software terms of use, services and subscription agreements and software development matters.
